Building Maintenance Supervisor

Crest Hotel LP is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare production and other reports to track maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of maintenance staff.
- Set up machines and equipment to optimize maintenance efficiency.
- Estimate costs and materials to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to support maintenance operations.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
