Your Role

As a Junior Trainer, you will be part of our Training team, responsible for delivering product training and assistance to customers. You will work closely with our Sales Force team to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely support. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer calls, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers in tailoring their accounts to meet their specific needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Deliver product training to end-users via webinars, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, working closely with the Sales Force team.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and features, ensuring you can provide accurate information to customers.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. You should have a degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in a customer service or product training role. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
