Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator

Pike's Home Hardware Building Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, invoicing clients, and performing various clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to accounts payable and receivable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software
