Job Title: Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Pike's Home Hardware Building Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems, and providing general office support.
  • Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze financial data.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office software.
