As a Bottle Depot Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail business, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Resolve work-related problems and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company standards
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked store
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer interaction. The physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a warehouse setting.
