As a Retail Store Supervisor at Bathtub King Refinishing, you will lead our sales team to achieve exceptional results. Your primary responsibility will be to assign sales workers to duties, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns. Additionally, you will establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, and resolve customer issues. You will also supervise and coordinate activities of workers, manage cash, and organize inventory. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
