Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our courier service. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, and coordinating work assignments.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
- Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
- Work Language: English language proficiency is required.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
