About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Indian Masala Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Stock Management: Stock linen closet and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the management.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including mending clothing and linens.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Requirements
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
