We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Zhao's Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize our operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Culinary Specialties

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Cantonese cuisine and Szechuan cooking.
