About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Registries Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with their daily registries and licensing needs, providing timely and accurate support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business and expand our client base, working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional support.
  • Experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of detailed processes and procedures.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and systems, with a high level of technical proficiency.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, either individually or as part of a team.
