Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grocery Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Asian G Mart. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train grocery clerks to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure that our shelves are always fully stocked.
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the grocery department.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or grocery store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
