We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FPGA Designer & Verifier to join our talented team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute your expertise to the development of advanced avionics products for safety-critical and/or military applications.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will be involved in all stages of the design process, from defining requirements to implementing, testing, and delivering firmware designs. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies while adhering to rigorous standards to ensure superior performance, quality, and capability within aggressive cost targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Utilize the airborne electronics hardware development and certification process (AEH) DO-254 related to functional allocation, design, simulation, synthesis, placement and routing, test planning, verification, and production introduction.
  • Design advanced digital hardware using technologies such as processor and DSP interfaces, video signal processing, I/O blocks, and standard logic.
  • Support the architecture, design, and development of printed circuit boards for prototyping and implementation of complex digital systems on FPGA or ASIC.
  • Participate in program bids and proposals, estimation development, and project planning.
  • Supervise and monitor AEH activities for a team of developers and verifiers, including task assignment, result planning, budget and risk management.
  • Act as the primary interface with other design groups to ensure alignment of design stages and deadlines.
  • Utilize CMC development processes and participate in design reviews focusing on key performance features as well as safety/reliability, testing, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies and tools.
Your Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in FPGA design and verification. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and verifying digital hardware using FPGAs.
  • Strong understanding of digital logic design principles, including HDL (Verilog/VHDL).
  • Experience with FPGA development tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
