Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on our bus routes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate buses safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide passengers with accurate information on fares, schedules, and stops.
  • Collect fares and record transactions accurately.
  • Ensure para-transit passengers board the vehicle safely.
  • Complete logbooks and reports as required.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers using two-way radio systems.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Class 2/2F/C Licence (buses with more than passengers).
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • 20/20 vision and ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
