We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at S.i. Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders to provide documentation and process improvement required to plan for the integration into the DERMs Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Developing, managing, and executing project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure deliverables are met.
  2. Providing recommendations and options for best practices and helping to mitigate risks.
  3. Responsible for the Distributed Energy Resource Management System/Demand Response Management System project.
  4. Attending and actively participating in weekly status meetings with vendors and the DERMS team.
  5. Working closely with the Distributed Energy Resource Management System platform vendor to monitor progress on the plan, answer questions, overcome issues, and ensure milestones are met.
  6. Supporting the addition of new devices/OEMs to the Distributed Energy Resource Management System platform.
  7. Supporting any new Distributed Resources Program additions per checklist in the Service Introduction Plan, including obtaining the data required for the DRMS to operate.
  8. Facilitating meetings and training sessions for team members as needed.
  9. Liaising with technical and product teams to answer questions and ensure deliverables are met.
  10. Ensuring all required platform documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  11. Supporting other related IT projects that help deliver capacity products to customers.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 8+ years' experience in developing, managing, and executing project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure deliverables are met.
  2. 5+ years experience in gathering requirements from different stakeholders/executives from various divisions.
  3. 5+ years experience in the implementation of System/ERP software systems within a large enterprise environment.
  4. Strong Relationship Management.
Experience Nice to Have:

Experience working directly with Distributed Energy Resource Management System.
