Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design teams and provide technical expertise on water and wastewater projects;
  • Mentor and develop engineering design staff;

  • Perform QA/QC and participate in constructability reviews of designs;
  • Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule expectations;
  • Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients;
  • Prepare or assist with associated proposals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering;
  • Advanced degree in related engineering field (preferred);
  • Professional registration (P.E.);
  • At least 8 years of experience in water/wastewater consulting or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience in detailed design of water/wastewater projects for industrial and municipal clients;
  • Experience managing the overall delivery of projects, including project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management.
