About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working on drinking water and wastewater treatment projects, as well as related infrastructure planning and feasibility studies. As a Water/Wastewater Engineering Graduate Specialist, you will be responsible for performing engineering tasks, undertaking preliminary and detailed design activities, and collaborating with experienced engineers and other project team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply standard techniques and procedures to carry out engineering tasks
  • Undertake preliminary and detailed engineering design activities under supervision
  • Collaborate with project managers, process engineers, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive designs
  • Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and drawings
  • Select equipment and liaise with suppliers and vendors
  • Prepare technical specifications, special provisions, and forms of tender
  • Analyze data under supervision
  • Use computer software to solve basic engineering problems
  • Prepare technical reports and memorandums to support project assignments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
  • Proficient in common desktop packages (Word, Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint)
  • Motivated, independent, organized, and strong business acumen
Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
