Hotel Arts is seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Person/Valet to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role is a key part of our Front Office team and requires a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests entering and exiting the lobby.
  • Assist with luggage and provide directions to guests.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel amenities and services, and be able to communicate this information to guests.
  • Manage the front drive efficiently and effectively, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Valid 5 Class Driver's License required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
