We are seeking a talented Business Solutions Developer to join our IT team at our Richmond head office.

About the Role

In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, administering, and supporting our Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement solutions.

You will work closely with end users to identify opportunities for process improvement using Power Platform and Dynamics.

Your technical skills will be essential in providing support and training for end users of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and document business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement.
  2. Administer and maintain Power Platform and Dynamics environments.
  3. Work with end users to identify opportunities for process improvement using Power Platform and Dynamics.
  4. Perform requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and create project plans for systems development initiatives.
  5. Provide technical support and training for end users of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics.
  6. Collaborate with users to monitor and improve software adoption and compliance with governance policies.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar working experience.
  • Years of experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with opportunities for growth and skill development.
  • Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM), with a solid understanding of CRM business processes, concepts, and entities, and a willingness to continue learning.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics FO is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SQL is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio, C#, HTML, and JavaScript are assets.
