Position Overview:

This role is responsible for driving sales, marketing, and contracting efforts for soybeans, as well as managing logistics and administrative functions within the soybean division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow and maintain a profitable position in the dry bean industry.
  • Analyze market conditions, determine supply and demand, and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, educate them on facilities and services, and form value-added partnerships.
  • Arrange efficient transportation of commodities and ensure thorough follow-up on contracts.
  • Maintain regular customer communication to build and grow customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-5 years' relevant experience required.
