Job Summary:

IKO is seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team. As a Millwright Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues by observing equipment in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Remove and replace defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools, and examining parts for damage or wear.
  • Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts and using measuring instruments.
  • Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, and straightedges.
  • Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
  • Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently to accomplish job results.
