Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain a clean and safe environment, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role will require the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning and maintenance environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the cleaning and maintenance services provided.
- Dependability: A reliable and dependable individual who can be trusted to manage a team and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility: A flexible and adaptable individual who can adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
