We are seeking a skilled Meat Sales and Cutting Specialist to join our team at Kum Sing Poultry. As a key member of our wholesale meat sales team, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, as well as supervising other butchers and meat cutters.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer requirements
- Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution
- Remove bones from meat to ensure high-quality products
- Cut poultry into parts for various customers
- Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters to maintain high standards
- Work closely with the sales team to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
