Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ice Cream Production Associate to join our team at The Merry Dairy, Inc. As an Ice Cream Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of our delicious ice cream products, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of awareness and adherence to food safety protocols, ensuring all products meet our quality standards.
  • Production Support: Assist in the production process, including manually packing goods into bags and boxes or other containers, checking products and packaging for basic quality defects, and supporting process control and machine operators.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our production team to achieve our production goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, working in a dairy environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
