Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ice Cream Production Associate to join our team at The Merry Dairy, Inc. As an Ice Cream Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of our delicious ice cream products, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Support: Assist in the production of ice cream products, including manually packing goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and checking products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • Machine Operation: Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, and clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in a fast-paced environment.
