We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Shearer Licensed Interior Design Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD) and analyzing technical documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 3-D models with CAD software
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Tender contracts
  • Assist in supervising construction projects
  • Prepare working drawings
  • Supervise architectural technical staff
  • Write specifications
  • Monitor and inspect work
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Construct architectural and display models
  • Assist in design development
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings

Requirements:

  • CADD Course
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
