Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Professional Custom Homes. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and development of our custom homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in supervising construction projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with design and building codes.
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects.
  • Construct architectural and display models to showcase our custom homes.
  • Assist in design development to ensure innovative and functional designs.
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings to showcase our custom homes to clients.
  • Process applications for land development permits.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in architectural technology or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
