Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort, from activity coordination to guest communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking Management: Manage bookings for resort activities, ensure accurate record-keeping, and coordinate communication with guests.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry tasks, and ensure timely updates to our booking systems.
  • Event Support: Provide logistical support for events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting, with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks.
  • A strong understanding of Sonora Resort's operations and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High School Diploma required, with additional education or experience in hospitality, tourism, or related fields being beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Opera Cloud and/or Book4Time would be advantageous.
