Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and weighing of ingredients needed to make desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
  • Work under the direction of the pastry chef to participate in the production of desserts and pastries according to established standards.
  • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of work space, utensils, and baking equipment.
  • Participate in setting up workstations before services.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients, semi-finished products, and baking supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards for flavor, texture, and presentation of desserts and pastries.
Requirements
  • Passion for baking and interest in lifelong learning.
  • Ability to follow recipes and pastry chef instructions.
