Senior Project Engineer

As a key member of our Engineering Services team, you will play a critical role in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams on projects and/or programs. Your expertise in engineering management, stakeholder, and client relationship management will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and coaching/mentoring of a team of Project Engineers in engineering development.
  • Manage relationships with internal clients and third-party engineering service providers.
  • Continuously improve third-party engineering management and engagement processes.
  • Develop and execute against defined engineering resourcing strategies.
  • Hold internal and third-party engineering resources accountable to engineering deliverables.
Requirements:
  • University degree in engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of engineering experience on capital projects.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in multidisciplinary leadership and coaching.
  • P.Eng. designation, or immediate eligibility, is a requirement.
