Equitable CA is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect Lead to join our IT Security and BCP department. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a unique opportunity to shape the organization's cybersecurity strategy and drive innovation in information security.

As a Senior Technology Manager, Information Security (Cybersecurity), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture, infrastructure, and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity and foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

About the Role
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of cybersecurity tools and infrastructure across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to teams responsible for cyber security infrastructure and operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate new tooling and work with business stakeholders for new tool acquisition.
  • Ensure security tooling aligns with controls to provide data security.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as proven experience in DevSecOps, including the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines using SAST and DAST tools.

A competitive salary of $120,000 per year is offered, along with an additional paid volunteer day each year and immediate enrollment in the company's pension program with employer matching.
