Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Perform nightly audit operations, reviewing Point of Service tapes and journals to ensure accurate revenue and settlement data.
  2. Analyze reports and identify discrepancies, making adjustments as necessary to maintain financial controls.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests, including Security and Housekeeping.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial policies and procedures, making adjustments as necessary to optimize operations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately calculate figures using a 10-key calculator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to access and input information accurately.
