Virtualization Solutions Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtualization Solutions Consultant to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our professional services department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales consultation to clients, identifying and defining IT strategies and projects.
- Offer primary IT support, issue resolution, and technical advice to clients.
- Assist in the development of service deliverables and practice expertise.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director of Services Delivery to ensure seamless client support.
- Work within and outside of subject matter expertise to expand knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in virtualization transformation and IT support.
- Strong Windows administration and hypervisor administration skills.
- Installation, configuration, and provisioning of operating systems and multiple hypervisors.
- Storage Area networking and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure experience.
- Setup and operation of TCP/IP networking and application packaging.
- Certifications in CCA XenApp, CCA XenDesktop, MCITP Windows Server 2008 Admin, and MCTS Server 2008 Virtualization or Desktop Virtualization.
