Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct or assist in air and water quality testing to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in environmental monitoring and protection activities to minimize our ecological footprint.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and operate laboratory apparatus to support quality control efforts.
  • Set up chemical experiments, tests, and analyses to identify and address quality issues.
  • Compile records for analytical studies and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in the design and fabrication of experimental apparatus to support quality control efforts.
  • Prepare solutions of gas or liquid, reagents, and sample formulations as needed.
  • Conduct safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proactive and organized with a strong work ethic.
