We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct or assist in air and water quality testing to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in environmental monitoring and protection activities to minimize our ecological footprint.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and operate laboratory apparatus to support quality control efforts.
  • Compile records for analytical studies and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food processing quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and MS Office.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
