About the Role

Brandt is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Regina, SK. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our online sales channels and driving revenue and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support Brandt's ecommerce roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational standards for content management within the online experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan, deliver, and maintain online content.
  • Provide direct support to site users as needed.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of user support materials.
  • Maintain tools for gathering relevant user behavior analytics and feedback.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical information technology concepts.
  • Willingness to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with working ecommerce or content management systems.
