About the Role:
As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the software engineering department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Developing and implementing engineering strategies, processes, and practices to ensure high-quality product development and delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure successful product launches.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the engineering team.

- Managing the engineering budget, including resource allocation, project prioritization, and cost control.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
