Job Title: Truck Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Operations Supervisor to join our team at SSP TRUCK LINE INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking of fleet performance and operations.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and achieve company goals.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to optimize fleet utilization and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure fair and effective management of team members.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient fleet.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure.
  • Personal suitability: Flexibility, Organized, Team player.
