Your Opportunity

Our Kenora office seeks a Team Lead to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team and assume responsibility for:

  • Supervising working paper files, financial statements, corporate, and personal tax returns preparation
  • Providing technical and project management leadership skills to team members for Accounting projects and engagements
  • Assisting in staff direction, training, and quality review of completed files
  • Prioritizing projects, establishing budgets, and assigning staff to meet client deadlines
  • Maintaining positive client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Participating in formal project/team performance reviews and providing input to reviewers

Your Experience and Education

The ideal candidate possesses a recognized Canadian Professional Designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) and 4-5 years of experience in Review engagements, Compilation engagements, corporate, and personal tax.

Excellent skills in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Caseware) are required.
