We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing HVAC equipment, accessory items, and performing general and other inspections of all types of appliances for residential users.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instructing customers on proper care and maintenance. Additionally, you will promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing HVAC equipment, accessory items, and performing general and other inspections of all types of appliances for residential users
  • Ensuring the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instructing customers on proper care and maintenance
  • Promoting Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call

Requirements:

  • Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Must be an installer or technician.
  • Must have Gas Technician '2' (G2) license and 2 years of HVAC experience.
  • Must be accepted by OCOT and keep up all fees, required licenses, and progress in a timely manner.
  • Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments.
  • Must have demonstrated a strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
  • Must have a valid full G Driver's License.
  • Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity/pressures).

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
