About the Role:
Sakura Sushi is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery in our fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Train and develop food service staff in job duties, safety procedures, and customer service skills
- Hire, manage, and supervise food service staff
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced restaurant environment
- High-volume sales environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
