Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize client files, contracts, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support client needs and requirements.
- Enter data into workforce platforms as required.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative and client service experience.
- Bilingual – fluent in both English and French (verbal and written).
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and MS Office.
