Key Responsibilities

The Frontline Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Providing information on courses, programs, and services offered by BCIT
  • Scheduling appointments and telephone call backs for Program Advisors
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions
  • Performing daily check-out procedures, including balancing totals and reconciling parking permits

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
