About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Organizational Development team as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant. This role will play a critical part in supporting the success of our learners and industry partners by developing and implementing strategic talent development programs, inclusive employee engagement initiatives, and holistic performance enhancement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Workday Transformation HR Delivery team functionality, focusing on talent enablement, learning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to the project team and leadership to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR Delivery Team to transform and elevate the employee experience with an organizational development lens.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent design, evaluation, development, and management programs.
  • Develop and deliver learning development, delivery, and operations programs.
Requirements
  • Related undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in developing organizational development talent enablement programs.
  • Experience in Workday utilization and/or implementation.
  • Experience in developing organizational learning programs.
