NITISH BAGHLA is seeking a qualified Home Child Care Provider to join our team. As a Home Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare to children in a safe and healthy environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring children receive a balanced diet.
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods, promoting healthy sleep habits.
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
- CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Criminal record check and driver's validity license check.
- Medical exam.
- Own transportation or public transportation availability.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Initiative and ability to take on responsibilities.
- Judgement and decision-making skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare.
- Permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
