We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at ALBERT RYAN TE. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a family setting.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing care and supervision to children in a family setting
- Assisting with household chores and light housekeeping
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals
- Assisting with child development and education
- Providing emotional support and comfort to children
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
The Child Care Provider will be responsible for:
- Assuming full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Traveling with family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
- Disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development
- Keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organizing activities such as games and outings for children
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals
- Preparing infants and children for rest periods
- Supervising and caring for children
- Taking children to and from school and to appointments
- Tending to the emotional well-being of children
The successful candidate will have:
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Reliability and punctuality
The Child Care Provider will work in a family setting, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to children. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
