Coordonnateur (Hybride) - National Bank

La National Bank recherche un Coordonnateur (Hybride) pour rejoindre son équipe de soutien administratif et coordination. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de fournir un soutien exceptionnel aux gestionnaires de portefeuille et aux clients de la banque.
Responsabilités- Connaître la structure, les procédures et les systèmes utilisés par la National Bank et les secteurs de support.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients en coordonnant les efforts avec les divers services et divisions internes de la National Bank.
- S'assurer qu'un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle est maintenu avec nos clients en les tenant informés de tous les nouveaux développements, produits et services disponibles en rapport avec leurs besoins d'affaires.
- S'assurer de la résolution rapide et complète de tous les problèmes des clients et recommander des améliorations aux politiques et procédures dans le but ultime d'améliorer continuellement notre prestation de services.
- Agir en tant que liaison avec les différents secteurs opérationnels de la National Bank afin de s'assurer que les tâches sont effectuées de manière proactive et en temps opportun.
- Organiser des réunions régulières avec les clients et documenter les problèmes opérationnels et de service en cours concernant le client et la National Bank, enquêter, suivre et résoudre.
- Fournir aux clients des conseils sur les politiques, les procédures et la formation de la National Bank qui ont un impact direct sur leur firme.
- Fournir des recommandations d'amélioration des processus qui amélioreront la relation d'affaire globale avec les clients.
- Représenter professionnellement la National Bank aux rencontres clients et aux événements professionnels.
- Diplôme universitaire avec au moins deux ans d'expérience dans un rôle de courtage ou de service.
- Le cours sur les valeurs mobilières au Canada (CSC) est un atout certain.
- Connaissance des aspects réglementaires de l'industrie.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office.
- Autonome et capable de travailler de façon indépendante et en équipe.
- Personne très motivée et enthousiaste qui fait preuve d'une attitude positive et est capable de travailler dans un environnement où le volume et le rythme sont élevés.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles.
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.
