Gas Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Gas Station Manager to join our team at WESCO 150 MILE. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 11-15 people, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in our convenience store.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of our retail business.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business or convenience store setting.
Our convenience store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working 40 hours per week. As a Gas Station Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business and providing excellent customer service.
