Gas Station Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Gas Station Manager to join our team at WESCO 150 MILE. As a Gas Station Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store and fuel station.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including fuel and convenience store items
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Gas Station Manager will work in a fast-paced convenience store and fuel station environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
