As the Head of Marketing at Aimsio, you will report directly to our CEO and be an integral member of the leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, boost customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in developing and directing growth/demand generation marketing initiatives, preferably in a fast-growing B2B environment. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management, with hands-on experience in channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Aimsio's growth goals.
  2. Brand Management: Oversee the implementation of the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  3. Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  4. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and strategies.
  5. Product Positioning: Develop and articulate product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  7. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  9. Content Creation: Write and oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including the website, ads, emails, and more.
