Job Title: Personal Support Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Personal Support Aide to join our team at Langdon Retirement Villa Incorporated. As a Personal Support Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Assist with transportation and mobility needs.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
